WINFLOW-SPM Melamine type High performance concrete
WINFLOW-SPMis high performance water reducers that use melamine sulfonic acid formalincondensate as the main ingredient, and high durability concrete and elegantconcrete surface can be obtained by offering the excellent dispersion whenmaking normal strength and high strength concrete at low water / cement ratio.In addition, when using with underwater inseparable concrete, the liquidity canbe improved and the loss of slump can be reduced.
● USAGE
* UnderwaterInseparable Concrete
* Ultra-highliquidity and high-strength concrete
* Ready-mixedconcrete and secondary products plant
● DOSAGE
* Typicalratios of 0.3% to 3.0% by weight of cement are suggested. Please test concreteto make sure each batch meets the exact specification on site.
* Foroptimal use, it is recommended to mix the actual formulation of concreteon-site in order to choose the amount of cement based on concrete mix,aggregate, type of mixer, and concrete temperature.
● ADVANTAGES
* Highdurability concrete can be obtained due to the significant reduction in unitquantities by providing a high water reducing rate occurred by the excellentdispersion.
* The excellent dispersion effect can beoffered when mixing fly ash, slag, and silica fume.
* Highdurability concrete and elegant concrete surface can be obtained by increasedresistance to shrinkage cracking and freeze and thaw cycles of concrete.
