WINFLOW-SM50     high range water reducer (Standard Type) KSF2560


WINFLOW-SM50/SR50/SF50, a non-chloride liquid type admixture based on PNS/Lignin system, improves the quality of concrete by reducing W/C ratio, and also gives good workability. Special retarding agent or accelerating agents within the product, controls setting time of concrete to prevent cracks due to high hydration heat or to facilitate cold weather concreting.

USAGE

l Ready mix concrete plant or Batch plant field
l Building, Civil and constructions, and ordinary structures
l Highway, Airstrip or Dam concreting
l Mass concrete (using fly ash or slag powder)
l Concrete secondary products


DOSAGE

l 0.3~0.7 wt% of total binder
l Air-entraining agent can be applicable if needed
l The dosage range is applicable to most concrete mixtures using typical concrete ingredients.  

   However, variations in job conditions and concrete materials, such as silica fume, may requires

   dosages outside the recommended range.


ADVANTAGES

l Reduces unit weight of cement by high dispersing ability
l Improves workability of concrete
l Reduces aggregate segregation and bleeding
