 WINFLOW-SL    AE Water Reducing Agent(Standard Type) KSF 2560

WINFLOW-SL, a liquid type admixture based on PNS/Lignin system, improves the quality of concrete by reducing W/C ratio, and also gives good workability. And this air-entraining admixture provides concrete with extra protection by creating micro air bubbles that are ultrastable, small and closely spaced. This characteristic increases durability, quality and workability of concrete, and increases resistance from freeze-thaw cycle.


USAGE

* Ready mix concrete plant or Batch plant field
* Building, Civil and constructions, and ordinary structures
* Light weight concrete
* Concrete secondary products


DOSAGE

* 0.2~1.0 wt% of total binder
* The dosage range is applicable to most concrete mixtures using typical concrete ingredients.  

   However, variations in job conditions and concrete materials, such as silica fume, may requires

   dosages outside the recommended range.


ADVANTAGES

* Reduces W/C ratio (10~15%)
* Improves compressive strength, watertightness and durability of concrete
Reduces aggregate segregation and bleeding
