WINFLOW-SM AE high range water reducer (Standard Type) KSF2560
A standard lignin-based AE water reducer with naphthalene as a major component. It increases the strength of concrete by reducing the unit quantity of concrete and increases durability due to air-entraining admixtures to make dense concrete. In addition, it can be widely used for all concrete structures.
● USAGE
* Ready mix concrete plant or Batch plant field
* Concrete secondary products manufacturing plant
* General construction and civil engineering structures
* Concrete roads, runways, and bridges
* Concrete using binders (Fly Ash, Slag Powder)
● DOSAGE
* 0.3 ~0.7 wt% of total binder
* For optimal use, it is recommended to mix the actual formulation of concrete on-site in order for supervision to choose the amount of cement based on the strength and workability of the concrete based on site conditions.
* Since air-entrainment is affected by the mixing ratio, concrete materials selection, temperature, and placement methods, the amount used should be adjusted as the concrete is placed.
* Use of excessive amounts may cause problems with the concrete. Thus caution is required.
